Michalis Melenos and his Food & Beverage team, are offering
small groups of up to eight guests the opportunity to participate in
a culinary vacation, to unravel some of the mystery of Greek food
and its preparation.
Following traditional methods, perhaps handed down from generation
to generation, the friendly informal lessons are given in English
and Greek in the hotel’s professional kitchen.
Each lesson culminates with the group dining on the terrace,
enjoying their efforts, in this idyllic Aegean setting.
